A wellness week doesn’t cut it for The Clean Plate Club, so we dedicated a month to all things wellness. As students, we understand the rounded nature of needs. As music lovers, we see that intersection. Take a gander at our wellness themed playlists!
Week 1: The Study Grind.
Our month of wellness began with dishes to help you be productive. Whether vacation is in sight or you’re keeping your nose to the grind stone, keep going and whistle while you work!
Week 2: Endorphin High
The Clean Plate Club believes that music has the power to transform vegetables into dessert. You might love to exercise, you might hate it. It’s important for us to take care of our bodies, whether it’s through running, dancing, taking walks, lifting weights, yoga, seated exercises, or whatever it is you do to show your body some appreciation. This week we served up motivational tunes that will make you wanna move!
Week 3: Feed The Soul
We understand the importance of both introspection and “outrospection.” Whether it is delving into one’s mind to fundamentally understand who you are or seeking guidance in scripture, we all ask, struggle, and seek in search of identity and belonging. We hope this week of our Human Condition month brings songs that speak to you and resonate however you’d like.
Week 4: Self-Love
Things are changing. Summer is ending, fall is starting, and life is beginning to get back to normal. Because change can be tough, the end of our Human Condition month is dedicated to reminding you to show yourself some love and celebrate your accomplishments!
